The shots were fired inside a home during the party in the 1000 block of South 18th Street around 1 a.m. Harrisburg City spokesperson Matt Maisel told Daily Voice.
The girl was shot in her heel and went to a local hospital for care, according to Maisel.
Party-goers and the girl’s parents are supposedly not cooperating with the police, Maisel said.
"Thankfully, the child is fine and was able to go home," Maisel told Daily Voice.
It remains unclear who was the intended targets as the shooting remains under investigation.
